Terms of Service
Effective date: 18 October 2026 · Version 1.0
These terms govern access to and use of AUTOLINK. Anyone registering for a business must be authorized to act for that business.
1. Platform role
AUTOLINK presents vehicle information and helps suppliers, dealers, exporters and global buyers connect. Unless a specific written agreement says otherwise, AUTOLINK is not the manufacturer, buyer, seller, importer, exporter, carrier, insurer, financial institution or agent in a vehicle transaction.
2. Eligibility
Users must have the legal capacity and business qualifications required for their activity. A person registering for a business must be authorized to represent it. AUTOLINK may request reasonable identity or business documents and review them.
3. Accounts and security
Users must provide accurate and current information, protect their credentials and report suspected unauthorized use. AUTOLINK may verify, limit, suspend or close an account where security, fraud, misconduct or law requires it.
4. Vehicle information
Vehicle photos, specifications, model years, availability, prices and certifications may be supplied by third parties and can change. Final details are those confirmed in the parties' order, contract, invoice and vehicle identification records.
5. Prices and quotations
Displayed prices and estimates are generally business references unless clearly presented as a binding offer. Configuration, quantity, exchange rates, shipping, taxes, insurance and import rules may change the final price.
6. Enquiries and transactions
The platform may facilitate enquiries, quotations and introductions. Unless agreed in writing, this does not guarantee that a transaction will close, a supplier will perform or a buyer will pay.
7. International trade and import compliance
Buyers must check whether a vehicle can legally be imported, certified, registered and used in the destination market, including emissions, steering side, taxes and insurance. Suppliers must meet export, customs, sanctions and other applicable requirements.
8. Shipping and trade terms
Where EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF or other Incoterms are used, the agreed version and allocation of cost, risk, insurance, shipment and clearance must be set out in the parties' final documents.
9. Acceptable use
Users must not post unlawful, false or infringing material; commit fraud, harassment or phishing; bypass security; impersonate others; conduct prohibited transactions; or copy or resell the platform's protected content or database without authorization.
10. Intellectual property
AUTOLINK's original branding, interface, code and content belong to AUTOLINK or their respective owners. Third-party vehicle brands, marks, names and images belong to their owners; display on AUTOLINK does not itself imply official authorization or partnership.
11. Third-party services and links
Third-party payment, map, logistics, social-login and other services operate under their own terms. AUTOLINK is responsible for them only to the extent required by law or expressly promised in writing.
12. Platform measures
For fraud, illegal activity, poor information quality or a breach of these terms, AUTOLINK may request corrections, remove content, restrict access, suspend or close accounts, preserve evidence or cooperate with authorities as appropriate.
13. Changes and interruptions
Maintenance, network problems, third-party failures or business changes may interrupt or alter features. AUTOLINK will take reasonable steps to limit disruption but does not promise uninterrupted or error-free service.
14. Limits of liability
To the extent permitted by law, AUTOLINK is not responsible beyond its legal duties and written commitments for third-party information, users' independent business decisions or the performance of contracts made directly between buyers and suppliers. Mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.
15. Indemnity
Where lawful, a user who causes reasonable loss, claims, penalties or costs by breaching these terms, infringing rights, providing false material or engaging in unlawful conduct may be responsible for those consequences.
16. Governing law and disputes
The parties will first try to resolve disputes about these Terms or the platform through the customer support channel in good faith. If the dispute remains unresolved, either party may seek a remedy before a court with jurisdiction under applicable law. These Terms do not designate an exclusive court or place of arbitration and do not limit rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
17. Updates to these terms
We may update these terms for business, technical or legal reasons and give reasonable notice of material changes. Continued use after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance where applicable law permits.
