This page explains the limits of vehicle information and AUTOLINK's role in business introductions.
1. Platform role
AUTOLINK primarily displays vehicle information and helps suppliers and buyers connect. Unless a specific page or contract says otherwise, it is not the manufacturer, seller, buyer, importer, exporter, carrier, insurer or financial institution for a listed vehicle.
2. Vehicle information
Some vehicle details and images come from suppliers, manufacturers or other lawful sources. Photos may be illustrative; actual color, equipment, software, year and certification can vary. The final documents and delivered vehicle control.
3. Inventory and prices
Stock, prices, shipping estimates and offers can change. A webpage display is not an irrevocable sale commitment unless the parties confirm it in a binding contract or valid quotation.
4. Import and registration
Rules differ by country for imports, emissions, certification, steering side, software, connectivity, charging, warranty, registration and road use. Buyers must check destination-market requirements before ordering.
5. Third-party brands
Third-party vehicle names, marks and images belong to their owners. Their display does not by itself mean AUTOLINK is an official dealer, exclusive distributor or authorized partner.
6. External services
Logistics, insurance, payment, testing, certification, port and customs services are offered by independent providers. Users should review those providers' own scope, fees and terms.
7. Business decisions
Site content supports business information exchange; it is not individualized legal, tax, customs, financial, investment or import-compliance advice. Users should seek qualified advice for their circumstances when needed.
