Privacy Policy

This policy explains how AUTOLINK collects, uses, stores, shares and protects information when people visit, register for and use the platform, and how users can manage their information.

1. Scope

This policy covers the AUTOLINK website, merchant and supplier workspaces, and other AUTOLINK services that link to it. Independently operated third-party services have their own privacy policies.

The platform is operated by ZING HEI INTERNATIONAL TRADING LIMITED. 3. Information we may collect

Depending on the features a user actually uses, we may collect account identifiers, name, email, phone number, language and region; business and supplier details; vehicle listings and enquiry information; security and device logs; local-storage preferences; and the basic identifiers supplied after a user authorizes a third-party login. We do not collect every category from every visitor.

4. Google sign-in

When a user chooses Google sign-in, Google may provide an account identifier, verified email address and display name so AUTOLINK can create or recognize an account and secure the login. AUTOLINK does not receive the Google password or read Gmail, Google Drive or contacts through this sign-in.

5. How we use information

We use information to provide and secure accounts; display business and vehicle information users submit; support enquiries and business introductions when those features are available; respond to support requests; prevent abuse; improve the service; and meet applicable legal obligations.

6. Legal basis and consent

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, processing may be necessary to provide the service, meet a legal obligation, protect legitimate interests or follow the user's consent. Consent may be withdrawn where the law permits, without changing the lawfulness of earlier processing.

7. Sharing and disclosure

We may share information that users deliberately submit to other marketplace participants, with service providers needed to operate the platform, or when legally required. We may also disclose information to protect rights and safety or as part of a lawful corporate transaction. AUTOLINK does not operate primarily by selling personal information.

8. International transfers

AUTOLINK serves users in different countries, so information may be processed outside a user's country. We will apply safeguards required by the laws that apply to the transfer.

9. Retention

We keep account information while it is needed to provide an active account. Transaction, tax, security, audit and dispute records are retained only for as long as needed for the stated purpose or an applicable legal obligation, and we review that need periodically. When no valid reason for retention remains, we delete or anonymize the personal data. A user may request access or erasure through the customer service email or support form; we will explain any categories that cannot yet be removed and why. Data in backups is access restricted and removed through the backup rotation process.

10. Security

We use reasonable access controls, encrypted connections and other technical and organizational measures to reduce unauthorized access, loss and misuse. No online system can be guaranteed to be risk-free.

11. Your rights

Depending on applicable law, users may request access, correction, deletion, a copy of their information, withdrawal of consent, restriction or objection. Some records may be retained where law, security or an unresolved dispute requires it. Send requests to chemerimy@gmail.com or through the support form.

12. Children

AUTOLINK is intended for adults and businesses with legal capacity, not children. Information submitted by a minor without required authorization will be handled under applicable law.

13. Third-party services

The platform may use Google sign-in and other separately operated services. Those providers process information under their own terms and policies. A provider will be listed here when it is actually enabled.

14. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the business, service, technology or law changes. Material changes will be communicated reasonably; the effective date shown on the page identifies the current version.

本政策适用于 AUTOLINK 网站、商家后台、供应商后台及由 AUTOLINK 提供并明确引用本政策的相关在线服务。本政策不适用于第三方独立运营的网站、应用或服务；第三方对数据的处理受其自身隐私政策约束。

3. 我们可能收集的信息

  • 账号与身份信息：姓名、邮箱、手机号、账号 ID、头像、国家/地区、语言、登录凭证及认证状态。
  • 企业与商家信息：公司名称、企业类型、注册地址、营业执照或其他企业证明、联系人、职位、业务范围、出口/采购能力、品牌与产品资料。
  • 车辆与交易相关信息：询价、报价、采购需求、车型偏好、库存信息、订单或意向单资料、沟通记录、收藏与浏览记录。
  • 设备与日志信息：IP 地址、浏览器类型、设备类型、操作系统、访问时间、页面记录、登录记录、安全日志、错误日志及相关技术信息。
  • Cookie 与类似技术：登录状态、语言、地区、用户偏好、网站性能、安全验证和统计分析所需的信息。
  • 第三方登录信息：当用户使用 Google 账号登录时，我们仅在获得用户授权的范围内接收必要的账号标识和基础资料。

4. Google 账号登录

当用户选择使用 Google 账号注册或登录 AUTOLINK 时，平台可能在用户授权后获取 Google 提供的基础身份信息，例如 Google 账号标识、已验证邮箱地址、公开显示名称和头像，用于创建或识别 AUTOLINK 账户、完成登录认证、维护账户安全以及提供与账户相关的功能。

AUTOLINK 不会获取用户的 Google 密码。除非用户在未来对特定功能另行明确授权，AUTOLINK 不会读取 Gmail 邮件、Google Contacts 通讯录、Google Drive 文件或其他与基础登录无关的 Google 服务内容。

5. 我们如何使用信息

  • 创建、维护和管理用户账户；
  • 完成身份验证、登录、安全校验和风险控制；
  • 展示企业资料、车辆信息以及买卖双方主动发布的商业信息；
  • 支持询价、报价、采购需求、供应商联系和商业撮合；
  • 提供客服、争议处理、系统通知和业务通知；
  • 维护网站安全、预防欺诈、滥用、攻击和违规行为；
  • 改进网站功能、性能、界面和用户体验；
  • 履行适用法律法规、监管、审计或司法要求。

6. 处理信息的依据

根据用户所在地区和适用法律，平台可能基于履行合同或提供服务所必需、履行法定义务、保护平台及用户合法权益、获得用户同意等合法基础处理相关信息。对于需要用户同意的处理，用户可以在法律允许的范围内撤回同意，但撤回不影响此前处理行为的合法性。

7. 信息共享与披露

AUTOLINK 不以出售用户个人信息为主要业务。平台可能在以下必要情形共享或披露相关信息：

  • 用户主动向供应商、买方或其他平台用户提交询价、报价、联系方式或商业需求时，为实现撮合目的向相关方提供必要信息；
  • 向为平台提供云计算、认证、邮件、短信、安全、数据分析、客户支持等服务的受托服务商提供必要信息；
  • 根据法律法规、法院、执法机构或监管机关的合法要求披露；
  • 为保护 AUTOLINK、用户、合作伙伴或公众的合法权益、安全及财产而确有必要；
  • 发生合并、收购、资产重组或类似交易时，在符合法律要求的前提下进行必要的数据转移。

8. 国际数据传输

AUTOLINK 面向全球用户提供服务。由于用户、供应商、服务提供商和服务器可能位于不同国家或地区，相关信息可能被传输至用户所在国家或地区之外进行存储或处理。平台将根据适用法律采取合理的合同、技术或组织措施保护相关信息。

9. 数据保存

账号使用期间，平台保存提供服务所需的账号资料。交易、财税、安全、审计和争议记录仅在实现已说明用途或履行适用法律义务所需期间保留，并定期复核保存必要性。期限届满且不存在其他合法保存理由时，平台删除或匿名化相关个人资料。用户可通过客服邮箱或站内支持表单申请查询与删除；平台会告知无法立即删除的资料类别及理由。备份中的资料按备份轮换周期清理，并限制访问。

10. 信息安全

AUTOLINK 将采取合理的技术与管理措施，包括访问控制、权限分级、加密传输、日志审计、备份和异常监控等，以降低未经授权访问、泄露、篡改、丢失或滥用的风险。互联网及信息系统不存在绝对安全，平台无法保证任何系统在任何情况下完全不存在风险。

11. 用户权利

在适用法律允许的范围内，用户可就其个人信息提出访问、查询、更正、删除、获取副本、撤回同意、限制处理或反对特定处理等请求。部分数据如涉及法律留存义务、账户安全、交易争议、反欺诈或审计要求，可能在法定或合理期限内继续保存。可通过 chemerimy@gmail.com 或站内支持表单申请。

12. 未成年人

AUTOLINK 主要面向具有合法商业行为能力的企业、经营者及成年用户，不以未成年人为目标用户。若平台发现未成年人在未经合法监护人同意的情况下提交个人信息，将在适用法律允许的范围内采取合理处理措施。

13. 第三方服务

平台可能接入 Google、Apple、LinkedIn、地图、支付、分析、客服或其他第三方服务。第三方可能根据其自身条款和隐私政策处理相关信息。AUTOLINK 不控制第三方独立进行的数据处理活动。

14. 本政策的更新

平台可能因功能、业务、技术或法律要求变化更新本隐私政策。重大变化将在网站以合理方式通知用户。更新后的政策自页面标明的生效日期起适用。
