Membership Terms

These terms explain the fees, benefits, duration, renewal and refund rules for AUTOLINK paid membership services.
1. Scope
These Membership Terms apply to the purchase, activation, renewal and use of any paid membership service offered by AUTOLINK. By completing payment, activating a membership, or continuing to use membership benefits, the user agrees to these Membership Terms and other applicable AUTOLINK policies.
2. Nature of Membership Fees
Membership fees are charged solely for access to AUTOLINK membership features and related digital services. Membership fees do not constitute vehicle purchase payments, vehicle deposits, transaction security deposits, shipping charges, customs duties, insurance fees, or any other vehicle transaction payment, and do not represent a guarantee by AUTOLINK of any vehicle transaction outcome.
3. Membership Benefits
The benefits of a membership are those displayed for the selected plan at the time of purchase, including on the plan, pricing or checkout page. Benefits may include access to more vehicle or supplier information, member search filters, sourcing requests, additional inquiries, specified contact permissions, member tools or other features expressly identified by AUTOLINK. AUTOLINK may change benefits in future plans. We will give reasonable advance notice of a material adverse change to core benefits already paid for during a current membership period.
4. Membership Period
Available plans are monthly (USD 1.99 for the first month, then USD 19.90 per month), quarterly (USD 9.99 for the first quarter, then USD 29.99 per quarter), and annual (USD 39.99 for the first year, then USD 99.99 per year). The price, currency, promotion eligibility and term shown at checkout before payment govern. Unless checkout states otherwise, the membership period begins when payment is confirmed and membership is activated.
5. Manual Renewal
AUTOLINK memberships do not renew or charge automatically. A monthly, quarterly or annual membership expires at the end of its paid period. To continue, the user must choose a plan and make another payment. An introductory price applies only once per eligible account across all plans and payment channels; a later buyer-initiated renewal uses the standard price or any valid offer shown at that checkout. The amount, currency, membership term and expiration date must be displayed before payment. Payment availability is shown on the membership page. No charge occurs unless the user chooses a plan and completes the payment checkout.
6. Payment and Activation
Users must pay membership fees through the official payment channels displayed by AUTOLINK. Membership is normally activated after successful payment and system confirmation. Delays caused by a payment provider, bank, fraud review or technical issue may be resolved after payment status is verified. Before paying, users should check the plan, price, currency, duration and renewal terms displayed at checkout. Unless expressly stated, membership fees do not include other vehicle transaction costs.
7. Refunds
Except where mandatory law provides otherwise, fees are generally non-refundable once the membership is activated or a user has used any core paid benefit. After verification, AUTOLINK may issue a full or partial refund or extend the membership period for a duplicate charge, a successful payment followed by prolonged failure to activate, a substantial AUTOLINK-caused technical outage that prevents use for a reasonable period, or another case where applicable law requires a refund. Choosing not to use benefits, changing purchasing plans, not receiving a supplier response, not closing a vehicle transaction or not achieving an expected commercial result does not by itself entitle the user to a refund.
8. No Guarantee of Transactions
Membership provides access to platform features and commercial opportunities only. It does not guarantee supplier responses, vehicle availability, fixed pricing, successful inquiries, negotiations, purchases, exports, imports, registrations, or any specific business result.
9. Account Use and Sharing
Membership benefits belong to the registered account. Except for an enterprise team account feature expressly permitted by AUTOLINK, users may not sell, rent, transfer or share membership accounts or bypass account or membership limits by technical means. Unusual logins, bulk sharing, account resale, automated abuse or other conduct that may harm platform security may lead to security checks, feature limits, suspension of membership rights or other reasonable measures.
10. Suspension and Termination
AUTOLINK may suspend or terminate the account and membership rights of users who engage in fraud, false identity claims, malicious attacks, unlawful scraping, platform abuse, infringement of others’ rights, illegal activity or serious violations of platform rules. To the extent permitted by applicable law, unused membership fees may be non-refundable after suspension or termination for serious user misconduct. Any mandatory local law takes precedence.
11. Changes and Service Interruptions
AUTOLINK may temporarily interrupt or change membership features for maintenance, upgrades, security, technical issues, legal compliance or product changes. We will make reasonable efforts to reduce disruption. If a core paid service is substantially unavailable for an extended period due to AUTOLINK, we may extend the term, offer an alternative service or provide another reasonable remedy based on the circumstances.
12. Taxes, Receipts and Currency
The price and currency shown at checkout govern. Applicable taxes and how invoices or payment receipts are provided depend on the disclosures shown at purchase, the payment channel rules and applicable law. Unless AUTOLINK expressly assumes them, extra charges from banks, payment providers or currency conversion are borne by the relevant service provider or user.
13. Membership Plan and Pricing Changes
AUTOLINK may change future membership plans, prices, benefits or promotions. A price change does not add charges to a current period that has already been paid for. When a user chooses to renew manually, the price shown before that payment governs.
14. Relationship with Other Policies
Membership services are also governed by AUTOLINK’s Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and other applicable platform rules. If these Membership Terms conflict with the general Terms of Service about membership fees, duration, renewal or refunds, these specific Membership Terms control, subject to mandatory law.
