How to check a Chinese car supplier.

Check a Chinese car supplier before requesting a quote: company identity, platform review status, vehicle evidence and the contracting party.

Buyer sign-in is required to submit a request. Availability and quotations need supplier confirmation.

COMPANY PROFILE

What does a supplier profile include?

Start with the company profile. Understand your partner step by step.

  • Company name and registration region
  • Business operating location
  • Company type and business scope
  • Declared main automotive brands
  • Public vehicle listings and supply information
  • Business information review status
  • Public contact information and inquiry channels

Information depends on what the company has submitted and is permitted to publish. Only public information allowed by access controls is displayed.

How are business review statuses presented?

Under its current review rules, the platform may request business registration, premises information and relevant supporting documents.

After review, the displayed status must reflect the actual outcome. An unreviewed business must not be labelled a verified supplier.

REVIEW STATUS

Four statuses. Four different meanings.

01

Account enabled

The account may use the features granted to it. This does not mean that the business or its listings have passed review.

02

Information submitted

Information has been submitted or is awaiting review. Submission is not approval.

03

Business information reviewed

The corresponding company information has passed the current platform review process. Check the status actually shown.

04

Specific listing reviewed

A separate review of a particular vehicle or supply offer. Business review does not automatically approve a listing.

A review helps you understand a business. It does not replace transaction checks.

A platform review of business information does not mean any of the following certifications or guarantees:

  • Government certification
  • Official manufacturer authorization
  • Inventory or supply guarantee
  • Transaction performance guarantee

Before a formal transaction, buyers should independently verify the supplier’s identity, vehicle source and contract conditions.

How to begin working together

  2. 02Check declared brands and listings
  3. 03Send an inquiry
  4. 04Confirm price and supply terms
  5. 05Negotiate directly with the supplier

Supplier verification checklist: retain evidence for the specific order

Platform review status does not replace checks on the counterparty and offered vehicles. Record the check date, evidence source and any unresolved mismatch.

CheckDetails to record or verify
Business identityCompare the contracting entity, registration records and public supplier profile. Verify through independently obtained contact details.
Payment recipientMatch the contractual payee and bank beneficiary. Verify account changes again through a previously trusted channel.
Vehicles and stockRequest configuration sheets, vehicle identification and recent stock evidence tied to the quote. Identify owned stock versus sourcing on demand.
Authorization and documentsFor authorization claims, verify the issuing entity, territory, products and validity. List documents deliverable for this order.
Performance termsPut delivery dates, inspection, warranty, dispute handling and unmet-condition arrangements in the contract.

Resolve entity or account mismatches before deciding whether to proceed. AUTOLINK does not collect vehicle purchase funds or deposits and does not hold transaction funds in escrow.
